§ Mr. Michael ForsythDisclosure of the report of the investigation into this incident by the Health and Safety Executive is restricted under section 28 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, which prohibits the disclosure of information without the consent of the person providing it, except where disclosure would be for the purposes of the functions of the Health and Safety Commission, the HSE or other enforcing authorities.
Disclosure of Eurotunnel's report to the Channel Tunnel Safety Authority on the same incident is a matter for it.
