§ Mr. DonohoeTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) how many tenants have been decanted from their homes in Dreghorn while the refurbishment of their homes by Scottish Homes takes place; and whether all tenants were offered the opportunity to be decanted when it became apparent that the work on their homes was of a major nature;
(2) if he will make a statement about the current programme of works being undertaken by Scottish Homes in Dreghorn; and how many homes are involved in the work;
(3) what measures have been adopted by Scottish Homes to monitor the refurbishment work being undertaken by contractors operating on their contracts in Dreghorn;
(4) what arrangements have been made by Scottish Homes for safeguarding the health and welfare of tenants living in Dreghorn while their homes have been subject to major refurbishment;
(5) whether all Scottish Homes tenants in Dreghorn were advised of the nature of the refurbishment work to be undertaken on their properties before it began; what degree of choice tenants were given as regards agreeing to the work being carried out or not; and how many tenants opted not to be part of the programme of refurbishment;
(6) what arrangements exist for Scottish Homes to compensate tenants living in Dreghorn whose properties have been damaged while the work on their homes has been carried out.
