When regulations will be laid before Parliament to extend the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme to pensioners and disabled people.

Proposals to amend the regulations governing the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme which would extend eligibility for the scheme to those receiving Disability Living Allowance and those aged 60 and over were laid before Parliament yesterday by my honourable friend the Minister for the Environment and Countryside.
