What is the highest percentage of losses by any country which has been compensated by STABEX in recent years.

The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Chalker of Wallasey)

STABEX meets the same percentage of all valid claims, whatever the country or commodity. The highest percentage of losses met in recent years was 43 per cent. in 1992.
