To ask the Secretary of State for Education what is the operational budget of the Funding Agency for Schools under each budgetary heading.

§ Mr. Robin Squire
Subject to parliamentary approval of the main estimates, the Government propose to make provision of up to £12 million for the funding agency's running costs in 1994–95. Actual costs will depend on a number of factors, including growth in the number of GM schools. The detailed split of the total between different budget heads will be a matter for the funding agency.
