§ Dr. MawhinneyThe analysis and review of national health service services in London has been undertaken as a normal part of the duties of the Department's officers working within the NHS Management Executive. Additionally, since April 1992, approximately £1.6 million has been spent by the Department on specific studies including the Tomlinson inquiry.
