§ Mr. Ray PowellThe cost of the building works at 7 Millbank will be some £6.3 million. The cost of the canteen and kitchen area is not separately identified in the contract. £100,000 is provided in the estimate for 1994–95 for an extension to the cafeteria and servery—there are no plans to expand the kitchen.
