§ Mr. Stewart[holding answer 28 February 1994]: Ayrshire and Arran health board's revised local health strategy, published in October 1993, sets out its strategy for the promotion of health and purchasing of health services for its residents over the next 10 years. The three NHS trusts within the board area were specifically consulted about the board's plans prior to publication.
