§ Mr. BowisWe have not reached any firm conclusions on the future of high security services. There are no current plans to build new special hospitals or to change the status of existing special hospitals. The report of the working group on high security services raises important issues about service development which require careful consideration by this and other Government Departments. We hope to publish the report soon.
