§ Mrs. DunwoodyTo ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if she will list for each of the last five years, the cost to public funds of consultancy work provided by(a) KPMG Peat Marwick, (b) Touche Ross, (c) Price Waterhouse, (d) Ernst and Young, (e) CSL, (f) Prime, (g) Basis, (h) Theodore Goddard, (i) Dibb Lupton Broomhead, (j) Capita and (k) Shreeveport to her Department; and if she will list any other firms which have provided consultancy work and the costs to public funds for each of the last five years.
§ Mr. JackThe table gives the aggregate cost of contracts with each of the 11 named consultants for the years 1990–91 to 1993–94. Details for 1989–90 are not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost. The final item in the table gives the total cost of other consultants employed by the Department for the same years. Lists of those consultants for the years in question appear after the table. The figures are presented in this aggregated form because showing the figures for each year would reveal the cost of some individual contracts and so breach commercial confidentiality. The figures exclude contracts with MAFF agencies.
