To ask the Secretary of State for Transport (1) what plans he has to prevent cases of hunt trespass on railway lines; and if he will issue warnings to hunts for dangerous trespass;

(2) what plans he has to issue warnings to hunts involved in incidents of hunt trespass on railway lines.

None. The prevention of hunt trespass on railway lines is a matter for Railtrack and the British Transport police. The BTP issues warnings in accordance with the Attorney-General's guidelines.
