Friend the Member for Dartford (Mr. Dunn) on 27 May 1993 at columns683–84 in which I announced that, following the review of the Driving Standards Agency's framework document, I had decided that these functions should continue to be conducted by an executive agency of the Department of Transport. The position will be reviewed in three to four years time.
