§ Mr. HanleyIt is not my Department's policy to withhold data on energy efficiency. Because of the major organisational changes in the Department in recent years, however, it was not possible to provide full sets of figures in time for the first two editions of the Department of the Environment White Paper, "This Common Inheritance". The 1994 edition will, however, have details for each year of the current Government campaign, for each of the three services, and we hope to be able to give complete data in the subsequent edition.
