asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will arrange for diplomats from the European Union and neutral countries to observe the trials of 24 members of the Muslim Party of Democratic Action (SDA) now proceeding in the Sandzak (Serbia).

The Chargé d'Affaires of Her Majesty's Embassy in Belgrade attended the opening of the trial. Our Embassy, together with those of other EU and CSCE countries in Belgrade, will continue to monitor the progress and outcome of the trial.
