§ Mr. HagueThe Department has received a total of 14,059 subject access requests to the year ending 30 June 1994. It is estimated that 90 per cent. of the 13,109 subject access requests made of the national insurance recording system are of the type that have become known as enforced subject access requests. I refer the hon. Member to the answer that I gave him on 18 July at columns50–51.
