§ Mr. Tim SmithThe Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland holds information on the levels of rent being charged as follows:
- (a) public sector: average weekly rent of £29.63 from 1 April 1994 1
- (b) private sector: no information is held
- (c) housing associations: average rents at 31 March 1994 are shown on the table below.
