§ Mr. ScottOn 15 July, I issued a consultation document inviting comments by 7 October on a variety of proposals in five areas to combat discrimination against disabled people. A number of the proposals being considered would require legislation. Final decisions on the way forward will be taken in the light of the responses to the consultation document.
