§ Mr. HagueA technical consultation paper is being issued today. The paper seeks views on the detailed criteria of our proposals for the new requisite benefits test, including definitions of pensionable salary and the role of scheme actuaries. It is being issued to a number of interested parties and is available to others on request. I have arranged for copies to be placed in the Library.
