§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list all the occasions on which a direction has been given by his Department to any non-departmental public body in Wales varying its powers or giving consent to a request for such a variation for each of the last five years; and what provision was made to attach a note describing such a direction to the annual accounts of(a) his Department and (b) the relevant non-departmental public body.
