§ Mr. AitkenWhile, for internal planning purposes, programme and budgetary projections are made over a 10-year period, these lack the status of a ministerially approved programme. It is, therefore, not our practice to make available estimates of expected expenditure on individual projects beyond that approved for the current financial year.
