§ Mr. HanleyDetails of running cost expenditure since 1988–89 are set out in table 3 of the "Departmental Report by the Ministry of Defence—The Government's Expenditure Plans—1994/95 to 1996/97", Cm 2501. Running costs in 1987-88 are shown in the previous year's departmental report. It is not possible to provide a regional breakdown of these expenditure totals from financial management information available to the Department.
