Emery), as chairman of the Scientific and Technical Committee of the North Atlantic Assembly, endorsed by the North Atlantic Assembly meeting in Copenhagen in October last year, on multinational control over, and reductions of, nuclear weapons.
§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryDepartmental comments on the draft report by my right hon. Friend the Member for Honiton on nuclear proliferation, and North Atlantic Assembly resolution 245 on the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, were produced at the time of the autumn session of the NAA. Copies have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses.
