§ Mr. RedwoodI have received several such representations, which I will take into account in guidance to the Staff Commission for Wales. My hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State set out the Government's view on how the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations—which implement the acquired rights directive—apply to local government reorganisation in Standing Committee A on 17 May.
