§ Mr. SproatI met Mr. William King, chairman, and Mr. Peter Hunter, secretary, of the GM Vauxhall Conference on 1 November 1993 to discuss the funding of safety improvements at GMVC club grounds. During the meeting the GMVC representatives formally submitted their case for parity. On 11 March this year they provided me with additional information.
