To ask the President of the Board of Trade (i) how many casual workers are currently employed by Parcelforce; and what is that figure as a percentage of the number of the overall work force of Parcelforce;

(2) if he will make a statement in respect of the recruitment procedures for casual employees of Parcelforce.
