§ Mr. JackThe Department does not keep records of the number of requests received under the Environmental Information Regulations 1992, nor when they were answered. The Department does, however, keep records of refusals to supply information and the grounds for doing so. In the period up to 30 June 1994, the Department refused one request for information on the ground that it was commercially confidential to the informant.
