§ Mr. Gwilym JonesMonitoring of air quality in the vicinity of the A548 Queensferry to Connah's Quay is the responsibility of the local district council. I understand that Alyn and Deeside district council carries out regular monitoring in the area and that none of its readings to date have exceeded European guidelines.
