§ Sir Hector MonroThe conditions under which potentially hazardous plants are sold by supermarkets and garden centres is a matter currently being considered by the horticultural industry. This is an industry-led initiative and a good example of self-regulation.
Final consideration is being given to a voluntary code of practice which will be published later in the summer.
