To ask the Secretary of State for Education when he expects to announce a decision on the Suffolk county council application to build a new middle school at Lowestoft; and if he will make a statement.

Suffolk's proposals are currently under consideration. My right hon. Friend will announce a decision on them. as soon as possible.
