Mr. John M. TaylorThis programme of seminars is arranged by the Judicial Studies Board. Its purpose is to enhance the awareness of judges, recorders and assistant recorders of ethnic minority issues which may assist them. The seminars will be held at locations throughout England and Wales over the next two years; a detailed programme is being prepared. The Lord Chancellor supports this programme and has allocated a sum of over £900,000.
