§ Mr. AtkinsAs the then Minister for the Environment and Countryside announced on 24 November 1993 at column384 it is the Government's intention to bring the waste management licensing provisions of part Il of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 into force on 1 May 1994. The necessary regulations will be laid before Parliament before that date.
