§ Mr. Norris[holding answer 18 January 1994]: My Department issued over 1,000 copies of the consultation paper to shipowners associations, ship builders, ship repairers, classification societies and individuals. We received 128 responses from organisations and 11 responses from individuals. It is not our practice to identify those organisations or individuals who respond to consultation exercises.
