§ The Attorney-GeneralThe information sought by the hon. Member is recorded only on individual case files and is not collected or collated centrally. The information requested could therefore be collected only at dispropor-tionate cost. Many of the files on case completed since 1986 have been destroyed in accordance with the Public Records Acts.
126WA survey has been carried out of all prosecutions dropped during November 1993 and the results will be published very shortly.
