§ Mr. NorrisThe Serjeant at Arms and the hon. Member have made several representations regarding the timing of pedestrian phases within the traffic lights at Bridge street-Parliament square. Details were passed on to Westminster city council, which is the responsible highway authority. The city council has extended the pedestrian green phase at the corner of Bridge street and Parliament square and installed supplementary signals to assist pedestrians.
