To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 14 January,Official Report, column 349, if he will publish declassified copies of the indicators of military capability and readiness for forces and headquarters that are used as the basis for the quantitative aspect of performance review; and if he will make a statement.
