Mr. Battle

To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what is the median, highest decile/lowest decile, upper quartile, lower quartile and mean weekly and hourly earnings of(a) male, (b) female, (c) manual, (d) non-manual and (e) all full-time workers on adult rates in Yorkshire and Humberside, the north and Great Britain for each year since 1979.

The information requested can be found in part E of the new earnings survey for each year since 1979. Details of decile, median and quartile earnings are published in table 116 and average earnings in tables 122 and 123. Copies of the report can be found in the Library.
