Mr. Robin Cook

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total value of assets owned by Livingston development corporation.

Mr. Lang

The corporation's annual report 1992–93 shows that the value of Livingston's total fixed assets at 31 March 1993 was £238.7 million.

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what target for capital receipts from sale of property and land he has set for Livingstone development corporation for the next two years.

The provisional targets set are as follows:
