I have appended at Table 1 details of all new claims received in each Disability Benefit Centre (DBC) in each month since April 1993 showing how many (a) resulted in an award of (b) were rejected; and in each case whether (i) EMP evidence was provided, (ii) GP factual reports were provided or (iii) the claim was decided solely on the statement of evidence provided by the claimant.Table 2 shows the number of claims refused, broken down by reason for refusal, in each month since June 1993, at each DBC, and for the country as a whole.I hope you find this reply helpful.452W453W
