§ Mr. McLoughlinWhen a ticket agency takes money from a consumer it enters into a contract with him and its obligations will depend on the terms of that contract. If the agency is in breach of its obligations under the contract, the consumer can take action to recover the money paid. I see no need for any change in the law in this area.
