To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy (Mr. Llwyd) of 3 February,Official Report, column 865, if he will list the 17 local authorities in Wales that registered representations on THORP; and if he will indicate those in favour and those against.

The 17 Welsh authorities were Clwyd, Gwent, Gwynedd, Mid Glamorgan and South Glamorgan county councils; Ceredigion district council, Colwyn borough council, Isle of Anglesey borough council, Llanelli borough council, Meirionnydd district council, Pembrokeshire district council, Port Talbot borough council, Radnor district council, Rhuddlan borough council, Swansea city council, Taff Ely borough council, and Wrexham Maelor borough council.

All submitted representations against THORP.
