§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Crown Prosecution Service received a report from the Metropolitan police relating to the circumstances of the death of Omasase Lumumba and a transcript of evidence given at the inquest into the death and came to the conclusion that the evidence was not sufficient to justify the institution of proceedings against any person.
