Whether the BR Board will be issuing guidance to BR staff on management-employee buy-outs for franchises.

British Rail issued guidelines to its staff on 3 February covering the arrangements BR will be adopting to help managers and staff wishing to mount management-employee buy-outs for franchises, including the provision of financial assistance, and to minimise potential conflicts to interest which may arise. Copies have been placed in the Library.
