Friend has responsibility for the appointment of one of the members of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Wales, overall responsibility for the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for England and Wales rests with my right hon. and learned Friend, the Home Secretary. My right hon. Friend has received two representations in respect of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Wales' latest proposals.
