To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is the estimated per capita average rate of economic growth in each of the industrial countries in real terms(a) between 1964 and 1973, (b) between 1973 and 1979, (c) between 1979 and 1988 and (d) between 1988 and 1993.
