Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what percentage of hip replacement operations carried out in(a) Wales and (b) at the Prince of Wales orthopaedic centre, Rhydlafar, Cardiff, in the last three years have required revision operations;

(2) what percentage of hip replacement operations using the Zimmer implant carried out (a) in Wales and (b) at the Prince of Wales orthopaedic centre, Rhydlafar, Cardiff, in the last three years have required revision operations;

(3) what percentage of hip replacement operations using the Johnson and Johnson implant carried out (a) in Wales and (b) at the Prince of Wales orthopaedic centre, Rhydlafar, Cardiff, in the last three years have required revision operations;

(4) what percentage of hip replacement operations using the BioMet implant carried out (a) in Wales and (b) at the Prince of Wales orthopaedic centre, Rhydlafar, Cardiff, in the last three years have required revision operations.
