To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what investigations have been carried out into the status in terms of the Lottery and Amusements Act 1976 of the telemillion scheme operated by Interactive Telephone Services Group plc.

Any investigation of allegations of criminal offences under the 1976 Act would be a matter for the police.
