To ask the Prime Minister what assessment he has made of the appointment as chairman of the Interactive Telephone Services Group of the right hon. Member for Mid-Sussex (Mr. Renton) in respect of the terms of paragraph 105 of "Questions of Procedure for Ministers"; and if he will make a statement.

I have no information which would lead me to believe that this appointment contravenes paragraph 105.
