To ask the Secretary of State for Employment what plans he has to make available to Parliament transcripts of European Council meetings.

§ Mr. Michael Forsyth
Meetings of the European Council are not normally held in public. However, some parts of some Council of Ministers meetings are open sessions which are televised. Arrangements are being made to supply videos of open televised sessions to the Library.
