To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what changes the Overseas Development Administration has made to the "Manual of Environmental Appraisal" since April 1992.

There have been no changes. We plan to review the manual on a three-year cycle, but sections can be amended in the interim if there are key developments.
