To ask the Secretary of State for Employment if he will publish the number of International Labour Organisation conventions deratified by the United Kingdom; and how many have been ratified by each other EC state.

Over the years, successive United Kingdom Governments have denounced 10 conventions. The United Kingdom is currently bound by 69 conventions. The number of conventions by which other EC states are bound is shown in the table:
